And this one is for the girls.
Plain and simple, just list the top ten hottest guys in videogames in your opinion and give your reasons. Also, it would help if you provide a link to their picture. Whether it's official or fan art doesn't really matter. Just as long as you have a picture. Tag at least three people at the end too.
10. Evil(Custom Robo) - What can I say about Evil? Hes a complete jerk and hes full of himself. But its these same personality flaws that somehow make him attractive. Particularly when hes giving Harry a hard time. Because lets face it, Harry sometimes deserves to be given a hard time. Evil is the leader of a group of bounty hunters called Dark Blue, and his skill as a Commander(one who can make Robos fight in the Holoseum) is matched only by his ego. His Robo even looks quite a bit like him and he eventually has a Holoseum made for himself in his image. I dont know what it is about him, but that very ego is portrayed in such a way I cant help but love him. Oh yeah
And that laugh.
[link]9. Linedwell Rainrix(Evil Zone) - Lie is one crazy SOB. One of several fighters entered in a tournament to determine who will face the evil being known as Ihadurca. Of course, Lie is pretty evil himself, possessed by the magic sword, Shahal. Lie is a psychopath who loves battle for the sake of bloodshed. The dying screams of his opponents is music to his ears. And speaking of music, he himself is a bit of a musician with a love of playing the guitar. His dream is to become a heavy metal star. Hes pretty badass, and based on the cut scenes before he fights Erel in both characters stories, hes a pervert as well. Which I actually kind of like in a character depending on how perverted they are.
[link]8. Ghosh Rode(Azure Dreams) - Another full of himself a-hole. And a rich one to boot. Hes one of those pretty boys too which generally, I dont care for, but in this case, I make an exception. While he treats the main character, Koh, like filth, I cant help but like him. At first I couldnt really figure out why, but I think its because ultimately, you can always get back at him, and the way he takes it tends to be pretty damn funny. Hes quite the swordsman too. And he loves to flirt with the young women of Monsbaiya, so theres always someone to compete with when trying to get a girlfriend for Koh. Im not entirely sure, since its a very long game and I havent finished, but from what Ive heard, Ghosh eventually becomes less of a snob and more friendly towards Koh. But only time will tell.
[link]7. Moses Sandor(Tales of Legendia) - The bandit chief from Tales of Legendia. He kind of fills the role of the stereotypical bumpkin, even having the stereotypical Southern accent. Hes none too bright and tends to think with his spear(or in the case of women, he thinks with his
Well, I think you know where this is going), but when it comes down to it, hes a man with a lot of passion who is willing to give anything, even his own life for the people he cares about. To him, friendship is a brotherhood. He is of the Beast Master tribe and is deeply connected with his galf, Giet. Even to the point they seem to understand each other. Despite his tough exterior and love of a good fight, he can also be moved to tears quite easily.
[link]6. Dhoulmagus(Dragon Quest VIII) - It seems such a pity that I could only put him at number six, but it was hard enough just narrowing it down to ten characters as is. Dhoulmagus is a powerful sorcerer and kind of crazy, though if you ask me, not too much. He took up the Sceptre of Trodain in hopes of obtaining power to take revenge against those who made a fool of him, but ultimately became possessed by that power. Because of this, he ends up going off to kill certain people in order to increase the power of the Sceptre(and ultimately to awaken Rhapthorne. But thats getting way ahead of things). Dhoulmagus seems to take a sadistic delight in these murders, however. And just by his personality it seems ironic that he would always use the phrase such a pity, when he seems to have no pity for anything at all. Sarcasm?
[link]5. Bowser(Super Mario) - Yes, the freaking giant turtle/dragon from the Mario franchise. I just cant help it. Hes actually quite a charming character. If youve played any of the games that actually display his personality, hes got quite the ego and thinks purely with muscle. And he can be very childish in a lot of ways too. I think one of the things I like best about him is that while he is a villain through and through and generally only works with the good guys out of necessity, he does seem to have a softer side at times. Check out the ending of Bowsers Inside Story if you dont believe me on this one. Of course hes afraid to show that side of himself, it would seem.
[link]4. Iggy(Super Mario) - Another turtle dragon. And hes the son of number five! Does that make me a bad person? >_> Honestly, Im not attracted to Iggy as he is in the games. Rather Im not interested in him as a child. But I tend to think what he would be like as an adult and I cant help but love him. Hes already known to be quite insane. And an inventor. You know what that makes him? A mad scientist. And when I think about what he would look like in his adulthood, I can honestly say a HOT mad scientist. And lets face it, hes got awesome eyes. Id say more, but they never really go that in-depth with the Koopalings.
[link]3. Flay Gunnar(Mana Khemia) - Flay is just an all around amazing character with a very colorful personality. He cant stand to be bored and so he finds a way to make every day an adventure, even if he has to arrange one. And he often drags the main character, Vayne into it, as well as others at times. He starts as a self-proclaimed hero. A defender of justice. But when he realizes that there are no villains to fight, he cant sit still and forms an evil organization, leaving the heroics to Vayne. The whole reason? Hes bored. But when it comes right down to it, hes got a good heart. Though he may act like he takes it all seriously, there are times that you just have to feel that its really all a game to him.
[link] [link]2. Fawful(Mario & Luigi) - Hes appeared in all three of the Mario & Luigi handheld RPGs thus far, and Im glad thats been the case. Hes just plainly a hilarious and awesome character. Starting as a lackey to Cackletta, and quite a loyal one at that, he ultimately becomes the major antagonist in Bowsers Inside Story, along with the Dark Star. Hes obviously insane, and despite being the student of a witch, his talents seem to lean more towards technology. I love his laugh and I love his odd speech patterns. And lets face it, hes just plain CUTE! I even find myself feeling a bit sorry for him at the end of Bowsers Inside Story. Oh, and apparently, hes a good cook.
[link]1. Kefka Palazzo(Final Fantasy VI) - Honestly, this was the easiest one to pick. I knew right from the beginning Id have him as number one. I mean Ive idolized the man since I was eight or nine years old. Kefka is the very definition of what a villain should be. A complete psychopath, Kefka has committed many acts that could only be seen as atrocious. Many of which involve mass murder. And he takes an absolute sadistic joy in all of it. Kefka is willing to do anything to achieve his goals, no matter what he has to do or who he has to kill. And honestly, I find its a part of his charm. Hes also the first villain in the history of videogames to go from a mere human lackey for someone else, to achieving godhood and ruling the world within the course of a single game. And when he did rule the world, he did a lot of damage, turning everything to a ruined wasteland. Many people died and life was miserable for those who didnt. He was truly evil. Something I love to see in a bad guy. And he didnt make excuses. He didnt have some traumatic past that made him evil. He was just purely insane. True it DID come from the effects of volunteering himself as a test subject for experiments to infuse magic into the human bloodstream(he was a quiet and reserved man before that), and he DID have some pretty bad things in his past, but the point is, he didnt make that his reason. He didnt have some sob story to tell so you would feel bad for him and understand why he was doing what he was doing. He was evil because he was insane and just plainly enjoyed it. Both his human jester appearance and his six-winged god form suited him very well, and I just love that laugh.
